NBA Bloggers Power Rankings - Week 6

With the holiday, I didn't have time to come up with my rankings for this week.  However, head on over to Empty the Bench to read it up.  Here's the Jazz excerpt,

8. Utah Jazz (11-7)

- 3 Shades of Blue: “Despite a string of injuries to key contributors, Jerry Sloan’s steady hand has kept Utah at the top of the West. Predictable and boring, but you cannot argue with success.”
- A Stern Warning: “5-5 in their last 10, but don’t misunderestimate how good this squad will be with a full serving of Jazzsters.”
- Lakers Nation: “Deron Williams is back, and he is passing up the rock like it’s a Ron Artest album.”

I'm not sure what 3 Shades was referring to as "predictable and boring"

the fact that we’re still good despite our injuries, and it’s therefore boring to see us near the top of the standings, or that our basketball is boring. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they meant the former. BECAUSE WE’RE NOT BORING. 3 Shades Of Blue is a Grizzlies blog. They had to have watched the air show on Wednesday. Bah. That bothers me.

I'm actually working on a post about this very topic.

If anyone has watched the Jazz over the past 2-3 seasons, you’ll know we’re anything but boring. This is second on my crusade list behind Williams/Paul.

that's exactly what i was thinking

both about the air show and that 3 shades of blue is a grizzlies blog.
