Miles Aggravation
DWill has saved a day. AK has saved a day. Brewer has saved a day. Okur has saved a day. So has Milsap, Boozer and Korver. Even Price has stepped up when called upon and saved the day.
Miles has been a disappointment all year long. I don't remember once instance when I said, yeah, this guy played well (actually once... Golden State in his rookie year... the last game of the season when the game meant nothing).
Even Jerry Sloan knows it. However, Jerry sticks to his routine like the enemies in Super Mario. Jerry however, never subs him in. Once he is out of the game, until all other options are exhausted due to foul trouble, he doesn't subs him in.
Everytime he jumps for a shot, I cringe (not as much as I do when Knight or AK jumps). He has hit so many bricks, he does need to spend his 16M to build a house. Never seen him jump for a rebound or an awesome block (even Kyle Klover has blocked twice as much shots than him... am talking about Kyle Klover).
I was jumping up and down on the couch when Kobe was brutally destroying him in the playoffs. Why why why did Jerry put Miles in when we had the lead in Game 4.
Miles did not prove his worth this season and doubt he will next season as he already has his big contract. He needs to be in Jerry's dog house.
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Seems like...
Jerry is playing Miles just to keep KOC happy. KOC dished out the cash for him to stay and now Jerry is having his hand forced into playing this garbage. Miles is not a “Sloan Guy”….he is not griity, tough, fundemental, or smart. Almond, in my eyes, would have been better than Miles…but he didnt have the nice contract to make Sloan play him. Too many poilitics in this game.

Well
unless he’s trying to build up CJ’s trade value, it makes no sense.
j-slow has never cared what your contract is like. Why start now?
