Steve Nash Overtakes Tracy McGrady In All-Star Voting, Deron Williams In?
From Marc Spears @ Yahoo! Sports via WOJYahooNBA,
Sparing the NBA an embarrassment, Phoenix Suns guard Steve Nash overtook exiled Houston Rocket Tracy McGrady in the final days of balloting to secure a Western Conference starting spot in the 2010 All-Star game, league sources told Yahoo! Sports on Thursday. McGrady played just six games for a total of 46 minutes until he and the team decided to separate from each other until the Rockets can work a trade for him.
Sanity prevails and Deron's chance at making the All-star team jumps by 88.8%

all star game
88.8 % huh?? Monta Ellis has something to say about that!
Monta Ellis would have a chance at getting into the game if he didn't completely ignore his teammates and play 45 minutes a game.
The more you try to erase me, the more that I appear.
And if he does get in, that's fine.
But his is great news for Deron Williams.
The more you try to erase me, the more that I appear.
Monta Ellis
Jacking up 39 in one game—at least he thinks he’s an all-star.
Halfway there.

this is great news!
Aside from what it may mean for Deron, Nash certainly deserved this—he’s on a tear this season.
TMac getting any votes this year … What a joke!
