They Need To Change

I have seriously come close to giving up on the Jazz for this season.  I'm not just being a fair weather fan either, it is the solid truth.  Nothing good will come of this season.  No one on this team cares and doesn't want to put forth any effort.  Aside from Deron Williams, Ronnie Price, Ronnie Brewer, and Wes Matthews most everyone else shows no heart or will to want to win.  Carlos Boozer is obvious, Andrei Kirilenko plays well when he feels like it, Mehmet Okur is horrible on defense (effort or not), Paul Millsap has been paid so he's not hustling like he did last year, and it is time to make some changes.

I don't really have any preference on who they get or how they get them, but if I was Kevin O' Connor, I would be looking to trade Boozer, Kirilenko, Okur, Korver, and heck even Fesenko.

There is obviously a problem with this team and with the players they have right now it is not going to change anytime soon.  Best case scenario is for them to drop all those players, get some cash, ride out the season and go into the lottery with two possible lottery picks.  Start over.
