Guys, the time has finally come. As some of you might recall from before the series began, I had mentioned that I will be in Denver on business for Game 5, and I would try my best to attend my first NBA playoff game ever. A few things had to happen:
- No sweep, ensuring an actual game 5 to occur
- Obtaining tickets to Game 5 somehow
- Have Game 5 be a pivotal game where the Jazz need the road support (I had expected optimistically 2-2, pessimistically 1-3 with the Jazz facing elimination, and as a longshot 3-1....how incredible is that)
Well, check on all 3. GAMETIME FELLAS!I'm expecting a hostile crowd at the Pepsi Center, have never been there before. I was thinking about rocking my D-will jersey, but not so sure if that's a good (or safe) idea. Might have to wear the more neutral gray-colored Jazz t-shirt.
My prediction, in case anybody is interested: I think the Nuggets are going to come out like gangbusters and deliver a haymaker to the Jazz in the 1st half. I fully expect them to come out like the Lakers did against the Thunder in Game 5. PLEASE Jazz stand up after taking the initial onslaught. I do not want to watch a rout at the Pepsi Center. As much as I love Yatta and OJ, I do not want to have to see them tonight. Hopefully what Ross Siler pointed out about the Jazz playing well on games aired on TNT stays true! GO JAZZ
