This is a tough pick, but I'm going to cut Millsap here. If we were to lose Millsap in real life, I think we could survive for a period without him. AK would be the four and Jefferson would stay at center. Losing Jefferson, Deron, or AK would hurt the team more at this point than losing Millsap. It's close, but I would let Millsap go.
