Ante Tomic vs. Power Electronics Valência, G1

Real Madrid tipped-off the EuroLeague’s quarterfinals with a win over Power Electronics Valência, 71-65, at home this Tuesday, March the 22nd, and jumped ahead to a 1-0 series lead.

Utah Jazz’s Ante Tomic started and logged 20:58 of playing time. Tomic scored 14 points on 6-of-13 shooting, grabbed four boards and recorded three steals.

It was a close tilt throughout. Real Madrid was down one after three quarters and needed to outscore Valência 19-12 in the final period to secure the win. 20 year-old Nikola Mirótic hit a huge three-pointer and some clutch free-throws that gave Real the edge to pull this one out.
