I think this is a very solid point and vastly under-reported. Can anyone honestly say that if Jimmer were black instead of white that he wouldn't be more likely to be a top 5 pick? He is every bit the athlete Deron Williams, CP3, or Kemba are but no one is even considering it a possibility that he be taken before pick 7 and most say that is a reach. Can someone please offer an explanation other than Jimmer being white?
