Trade Proposal, Utah-Phoenix-Milwaukee

Suns fan here, posting this trade proposal because of an earlier Bucks-Jazz deal fanposted on Brew Hoop from one of your contributors. Three-team deals often get too complicated, this one can benefit all sides.

Utah: Paul Millsap + Alec Burks for Mbah a Moute + Dudley
Dudley adds defensive intensity and efficient 3-ball shooting. Mbah a Moute is one of the best defenders in the league, and while he lacks Millsap's offensive game he comes at half the price. This becomes a team no coach wants to play in the postseason.

Favors/Mbah a Moute

Phoenix: Marcin Gortat + Jared Dudley for Millsap, Burks + Sanders
Gortat will be looking for his payday in a few years and by that time he'll likely have earned it. He had 5 blocks in the first game of the season, and followed it up with 16 points, 16 rebounds, 3 blocks and great defense on Greg Monroe in the second game. If all goes well in the post-Nash era and the Suns are a playoff threat again in 2015 or 2016, Gortat will be in his early 30s. The Suns have the cap space to sign Millsap and the time to see if Burks and Sanders pan out.

Milwaukee: Luc Mbah a Moute + Larry Sanders for Gortat

Go win now, the Bucks are just a notch below the 76ers and Nets after this deal. They will be able to extend Gortat in a few years, as well. Larry Sanders has elite defensive skills, but it's doubtful he ever matches Gortat's offensive ability.
