HARRIS MUST GO!
It is more than evident by now that we need a PG that can both consistently find the open man and consistently shoot the ball. Harris has shown ups and downs (more downs than ups) this year and He is mediocre at best . He has some very good attributes but this team is built upon a PG that does all those things that Stockton, and Dwill have done in the past. Earl Watson has proved to be much more efficient this year than Harris and I just as soon have Earl in their than Harris any day.
KOC may not want to get rid of him because he was partly what we received for Dwill, however it is time to make a changing of the guard. Please KOC, I know you always have something up your sleeve, please do move harris and get someone who is going to help us win those down to the wire games and to compete against the likes of Durant and the other top players in the game. Utah needs this, we are all waiting.
I think we would be better off with Mo Williams coming back to Utah, or even Ramon Sessions of Cleveland.

It really is too bad, Harris was a substantial piece to the D will trade
I think its kind of ironic we traded a top pg in the league, now our biggest need is at the 1.
Sessions and Williams might be a little bit of an upgrade over Harris, but what would the point be of trading for them unless we were hoping to contend this year? Unless you are going to get a straight up trade (not a chance) then we would have to give up other assets for a guy who isn’t really in our long term plans. If you are looking for short term, I would argue that Andre Miller or Jose Calderon would be a better fit for our team than Sessions or Williams.

Sessions?
Have you watched Sessions play? He is an ok offensive player, but is awful on D. He can’t even defend PGs plus he is shooting 35% from the floor this year, though he has hit a few 3s for the first time in his career. I think he would actually be a downgrade for us.
Williams might have been an option before Billiups went down, but I don’t see the Clipps tradding him now, they need the punch off of their bench.
I agree that the Jazz need an upgrade at point guard, but KOC needs to wait for the right deal, which requires the right timing.
It looks like the best PG in the upcoming draft might be our very own in-state player (at Weber State), Damian Lillard.
I like the player at Dallas, Rodrigue Beaubois, more than either Williams or Sessions.

Who will want Harris and his contract
The Jazz will have to give up something extra to move Harris and his contract.
Earl Watson is good but the only time he’s scoring is when he’s throwing up shots as buzzer beaters and they actually go in. He’s not considered a scoring point guard. The Jazz need a scoring point guard so that he (the guard) is a threat from the outside and the big guys down low don’t get double teamed too much.
I love Earl and love his energy. But I think the Jazz should keep Harris at least until the end of the year.
Jrue Holiday
Send Harris trade exception and number 2 to Philly for Hoilday.
How about this then?
Devin Harris and Raja Bell for Philly’s Lou Williams and Evan Turner. I don’t like Jrue Holliday that much anyways. ESPN Trade Machine says it would work. http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7c8dr8h
