Mostly because it looks like he is just doing it for the helluvit. It’s hard to place it in context of the game. Just decided to jump kick a young Timmy D.

Blue Edwards is one of my all-time favorite Jazzmen.
And I have no idea why. Something about him just resonated with 10 year old me.
Karl wasn't afraid to do whatever it took to win a game.
Of course it is a much softer game today. But I can’t help but wonder if a little of the business in that photo is what is missing from today’s team.
