Being as this is All Star Week, er All Star Weekend is upon us, sites have been doling out their mid-season "report cards". Here is a round up of many of them. Agree or disagree as you see fit. I know one thing though, there is a general consensus that the Jazz are doing the right thing by handing over the majority of the minutes to the veterans.
