If a team headlined by your four recent lotto picks goes 0-66 in a season . . .

NEWARK, NJ - JUNE 23: Enes Kanter (R) from Istanbul, Turkey greets NBA Commissioner David Stern after he was selected #3 overall by the Utah Jazz in the first round during the 2011 NBA Draft at the Prudential Center on June 23, 2011 in Newark, New Jersey. . . . then shouldn't some of the blame go to the General Manager and rest of the front office for not being able to build a team that doesn't win a single game, despite having four lotto picks on it? Or for picking the wrong guys with those picks? Or to the coaches for not being able to devise strategies that maximize the talent made up by the GM?

Or is it just the fault of the players in this hypothetical situation . . . .? I already know what the Mr. Smithers radio station feels on this. How do you feel, Jazz fans?
