According to a report from Marc Stein, the Jazz and Warriors are in trade talks whereby Utah would trade its 27.5% of winning GSW's lottery pick this year for either money, the lessening of the restrictions on the pick in 2013 and 2014, among other possibilities.
It seems very difficult to determine the value of the 27.5%. I have my thoughts of what would be acceptable to me, but what does everybody else think?
