Is it too early to start arguing over late second rounders? Is it lame that I have spent way too much time thinking about it already? After reading the projections about the Jazz getting Jae Crowder, I can't shake the excitement about possibly getting him on our team. I am not much of a college hoops watcher, but I have caught a few of Marquette's games and remember being impressed by Crowder then. Upon further review of his stats, I have one thing to say- "Sign me up."
I would take Jae Crowder in the mid to late first round. I can't believe that they have him slipping this far. Dude has a crazy motor and plays all out on defense. He reminds me a little of K. Leonard last year with an even better motor. If we can get him, I do it in a heartbeat. He shoots the three a little, rebounds, does a little of everything. I remember him absolutely dominating the Cougs in the tourney last year. And since the Cougs have a bunch of NBA players, that must be a good indication of how well Crowder will do in the pros, right?
Anyways, I just wanted to get any additional input on who you would pick if you were KOC and why Crowder and his 17 pts., 35% from 3, 8 rebs, 1 blk, and 2.5 stls with a great motor would fall this low.
