Last season the Northwest division was dominated by the Oklahoma City Thunder, and they went all the way to the NBA Finals. The Denver Nuggets and Utah Jazz also both made the playoffs, just nudging out the Portland Trail Blazers. The Minnesota Timberwolves came in last in the division, but before their start point guard Ricky Rubio went down for the season they were right in the thick of the playoff chase as well.


So far this off-season we've had the NBA Draft, the start of free agency, and a number of trades.
