With Trey Burke out for 6ish weeks, there seems to be a strongly divided opinion on the backup PG position. Just for kicks, let's say Burke really is going to be back in 6 weeks (misses the first 10-12 games of the season), who do you want as your backup/fill-in starter? Let's say they are all available as free agents for the veteran's minimum.

PER = Player Efficiency Rating - "The PER sums up al a player's positive accomplishments, subtracts the negative accomplishments, and returns a per-minute rating of a player's performance". Every year the NBA average is 15
ORtg = Offensive Rating - Points produced per 100 possessions.
DRtg = Defensive Rating - Points allowed per 100 possessions.
WS/48 = An estimate of the number of wins contributed by the player per 48 minutes (league average is approximately 0.100).
