Last nights starting lineup change baffled me. Like, I was literally dumbfounded for several moments before exclaiming "are you effing kidding me?"

I can't understand how that was supposed to improve anything. So, I wondered would Earl start for any other team in the league? And I answered, don't be silly, of course not.
