Amare to the Jazz

I wanted to get you guys opinion on a trade I've been thinking about for awhile. Amare Stoudemire is not working out for the Knicks and his big contract makes him hard to move. I think he would be great in the P&R system and flourish like he did when he was in Phoenix if he came here. Also he would be a great asset to a developing rookie PG. While he is a big cap hit he only has two years left and he will be off the books and we all know teams are willing to deal with bad contracts for that last year so he could be trade bait. Here is my trade scenario.

Knicks:

Amare Stoudemire

Steve Novak

1st round pick unprotected either 2014 or 2017

for

Jazz

Paul Milsap (Sign and trade)

Marvin Williams

On the flipside for the Knicks they get cap space. Maybe they can lure Bosh away from the Heat or package Paul Milsap with something and get Rondo. Shit they can even try to get Chris Paul. I think its a win win. We can draft back court positions (Micheal Carter-Williams) and ( Glen Rice Jr. or Tim Hardaway Jr.). I think the spacing that Steve Novak can create will open lanes for Alec or Rice Jr. to drive while Amare will create easy jumpers for the rest of the team. What you guys think
