What coach is playing his young guys more than Corbin?

I just thought I'd take a look, since youth vs. veteran playing time seems to be one of the recurring themes on SLC Dunk. I'm comparing the Jazz to the 10 other teams generally considered to be young and/or tanking (I left out OKC and GS, two youngish true contenders):

Percentage of players getting 25+ mpg who are 23 or under:

Utah 71%

Cleveland 60%

Orlando 50%

New Orleans 43%

Charlotte, Detroit, Boston 40%

Milwaukee 38%

Washington, Philadelphia 33%

Phoenix 0%

Percentage of players getting 25+ mpg who are 25 or under:

Philadelphia 100%

New Orleans 86%

To answer the question in the fanpost's title, it's certainly neither Jeff Hornacek nor Brad Stevens (the go-to choices when we project how things would be different with a "good" coach), and arguably it's almost no other coach in the NBA.
I say arguably because even though Philly and New Orleans are higher on some of the lists, these are probably GM-generated playing time situations (as are so many of the other results shown here, to be fair). Philly has literally no healthy player on the roster over 25 years old. And New Orleans's 28-and-over players have much more truly always been journeyman players throughout their careers (Stiemsma, Roberts, Morrow, Amundson; Childress is the possible exception, though he hasn't done much since returning from Europe). Nobody really knows who Brown or Williams would play if they had serviceable older players.
I've argued in other posts that we ought to focus more on the long view of things, and less on the game-to-game disagreements we have with playing-time decisions. I think these numbers support that view.
