Reports are saying that the Cavs are getting weary of losing Deng, who has only played 18 games with the team since the Bynum trade, for nothing after his contract expires this off-season. Man what a mess in Cleveland. At least we're not in that situation (I actually am very fond of ours) with a "star" who is unhappy and the team is sucking and everyone hates the coach. Well we have one part of their situation, but I can live with that.
So the question is this: What would you give up to get Luol Deng right now? Keep in mind that his contract is expiring and there is no guarantee that he would want to stay here. So it's a risky, and that might be enough to make me not want to trade the likes of Burks or Hayward for him. I would definitely do any combo of Marv, RJ, Rush, etc. but it sounds as they Cavs are looking for talent as the Front Office pushes for the playoffs through the mess that is their franchise at the moment. Thoughts?
