Lane Vashro's Models
I'm very intrigued by his models. They take into account college statistics and also incorporate athletic information to predict how well the person will do in the NBA. From what I've read, in past years they have been quite good at predicting NBA success.

Daniel Myer's Models
He has lots of models with loads of information. Much of it is about the NBA and current players. However he does have his "NCAA Advanced Statistical Plus-Minus and VORP" and it gives a lot of insight into how the player performed in college.
