In preparation for the upcoming NBA Draft, I thought it might be fun to comb over recent drafts and try to determine exactly what type of talent we can expect to get on June 26th. To do this, I looked over the drafts from 2002 to 2011 and wondered how those teams might draft, if they had the power of hindsight, knowing everything we know today. I debated about this order, specifically with Peter J Novak and now it is time for you, loyal (or occasional) reader of slcdunk to chime in with your opinion.
We will start with the 2002 redraft and post two years every day until next Friday. These redrafts are basically a collective effort by Peter and I to rewrite draft history. Are we way off? Do you agree? Do you just need an online place to disagree and start an online argument? You've come to the right place.
Note: Each of the redraft graphics were engineered by the insanely talented Amar.
