Sloan pretty much confirmed the obvious: C.J. Miles is going to start and Andrei Kirilenko is going to come off the bench for opening night.
Britton Johnsen will also not travel with the Jazz in Idaho.
The small forward, a former standout for Utah and Murray High, signed a professional contract to play in the Ukraine, so he'll return to Europe instead of giving the NBA another shot for now.
Gabe Muoneke, a 6-7 forward from Texas, replaced Johnsen on the training camp roster.

I can never say enough about Deron Williams. The guy is a magician with the ball on the court. He may not get the same level of press that Chris Paul gets for being the ‘NBA All-star Point Guard’ of the future, but in my eyes he’s not very far off from being every bit as good as Paul.
