I'm still in Holiday mode. It's the Utah Jazz hosting the Los Angeles Clippers. No Derrick Favors. No Rudy Gobert. No Dante Exum. But hey, no Blake Griffin either! So that's something. I don't know what the status is for Austin Rivers is, if he plays then I think the Jazz have a chance to win this one. Regardless of injuries, this is going to be the second night of a back-to-back for the Clip trip. They played last night and defeated the Los Angeles Lakers "on the road" 94-84. It's going to be a tough game for the Jazz, especially since the good guys have very little depth when you factor in that they will be without three starters. I understand that Chris Paul already has an advantage against Raul Neto. But the Jazz are going to have trouble tonight with the Lance Stephenson / Paul Pierce / Josh Smith types. Ridiculous.
The Jazz are at home, but that doesn't really mean anything anymore, as the team is only 7-6 at home this season. Food for though, the Clippers are 7-7 on the road.
I can't wait to see Chris Paul and company flop their way for 48 minutes.
