John Hollinger weighs in on T-Mac and the whole All-star situation. The bad news is that he mentions Deron by name when talking about excluded players.
If he gets snubbed, again, I don't think he plays mad again like he has in the past. I think he'll keep playing well and have some great games but at this point I think he's given up on making the All-star team.
I think a move by the FO to improve the team will motivate him more.
Has Yeliz had her baby yet? I want Money back. The good news is that he's shooting 52% from three this month in 9 games. The bad news is that he's shooting just 42% overall.
This comes after shooting just 40% overall in all of December.
I don't think the Jazz will win tonight, so I don't think this is jinxing them at all. But if they do manage to win tonight, they'll have swept the season series from the Spurs.
If that happens, I hope you're stocked up on food and water.
So if they Jazz do move someone at the deadline, and that's a big if, who's the most likely to be gone? Korver and his expiring deal? He has played well and could be attractive for another team. But he likely won't bring back much at all. And the way he's playing late, we might need him.
Boozer? Last off-season he was as sure as gone. But as time passed, it began to sink in that he was coming back. It looks like that same thing may be playing out this season as not only will he probably not be moved at the deadline, but @lockedonsports reported that he's open to re-signing with the Jazz.
