You already knew that of course. But here's a little bit about his uncle that passed away. From his obituary,
Delford "Dink" E. Smith, 47, of Waverly, W.Va., passed away Saturday (Jan. 23, 2010) at his residence.
He was born Dec. 27, 1962, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Delford E. and Janice Fitch Smith of Williamstown
Mr. Smith was employed in carpentry, which he was very gifted in. He was a true outdoorsman, enjoying both hunting and fishing. Also, he especially enjoyed Nascar.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Judy Ward and Denise Smith, both of The Colony, Texas; two brothers, Darryl Smith and wife, Anita, of Forney, Texas, and Jeffry Smith and wife, Robin, of Draper, Utah; several nieces and nephews, including, Miranda, Garrett, and Hannah Ward, all of The Colony, Texas, Kendall Jones, also of The Colony, Texas, Deron Williams and wife, Amy, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Rachel and Allyson Smith of Forney, Texas, and Grace and Jericho Smith, of Draper, Utah; and two great-nieces and one great-nephew, Denae, Daija, and Deron Williams Jr., all of Salt Lake City, Utah.
That's too young. Condolences to their families.
Not to take away from his uncle's passing, but did anyone else know that Deron has a boy? I thought it was just the two daughters. I certainly didn't know that he named his boy after him. We have a little ninja.
