NBA Preseason: Utah Jazz at Los Angeles Clippers -- Game Thread

NBA Preseason 2012-2013, Game 5:

Utah Jazz (3-1) @ Los Angeles Clippers (1-2)

I really hope you all have been enjoying / accepting / coming to terms with the game streams. I'm playing around with a lot of stuff for the site still. Personally, I'm not crazy about posting everything to the front page; but that's how the old blog worked. And yes, the old blog at least DID work. We're trying to move in a few directions, but I'm willing to focus on what WORKS for the readers.

There's no point in writing good stuff for an empty room, after all.

So in the next three games you'll see some changes in the game stream. And at the end of the preseason I'd love to discuss what worked and what did not work. Sound good?

Well, game 5 is about to start, it's on 1280/95.7, and NBA TV tonight. I don't know about ROOT, but then again, I don't get ROOT.

No word yet on Mo Williams or Derrick Favors, except that Favors hasn't gotten onto the court yet for his pre-game drills. So I'm thinking he's out.

Possible starters will be:

• PG: Chris Paul -- Jamaal Tinsley
• SG: Willie Green -- Gordon Hayward
• SF: Caron Butler -- Marvin Williams
• PF: Blake Griffin -- Paul Millsap
• C: DeAndre Jordan -- Al Jefferson

And yes, the next three game threads will look better.
