The Mavericks added Elton Brand for 2.1 million this year, the Suns added Scola for 4.5 annually, and the Clippers snagged Billups for 2 million last year. Under the salary cap in 2013, the Jazz will be able to add players amnestied by other teams. Since landing free agents is a weakness for the Jazz, I hope we use that cap space to get a bargain when a team uses its amnesty clause.
