This should have been the Marvin Williams revenge game!

.

The Basics:

The Hawks are a good team. They have lost 4 games in a row and are going to come out hungry for a win. The Jazz are an okay team, and playing on the road without two starters. It's going to be, well, interesting. In the offseason the Jazz traded Devin Harris to Atlanta, and in return we got back Marvin Williams. So while this was supposed to be the Marvin Williams revenge game it will instead by the Devin Harris revenge game. This season he's playing only 22.5 mpg, and averages 7.3 ppg, 2.3 apg, and 1.7 rpg. He's not having a great season.

The Hawks are led by Josh Smith (17 / 8 / 4 / 2.5 / 1.5) and Al Horford (16 / 10 / 3 / 1 / 1) inside, and have capable perimeter players in Louis Williams (from Philly), Jeff Teague, and Kyle Korver. If you follow this blog you already know what we're going to throw at the Hawks -- the most efficient offense imaginable by former Hawk, and current Jazz head coach, Tyrone Corbin.

Tonight Atlanta will probably not have Anthony Morrow in uniform, and maybe also be lacking one DeShawn Stevenson. We're going to be out Mo Williams, Marvin Williams, and Raja Bell. As an aside, can you name all the players on the Jazz with Georgia ties; and can you name all the former Jazz players on the Hawks right now?

That's some interesting stuff right there, I tell ya whut. (That may or may not be a hint)

Amar may or may not have a killer migraine right now, hence this really late and cheap preview. Enjoy the game Jazz fans! I'm not going to be watching it as I will be placing myself into a state of sensory deprivation. (AKA where former Jazz Gm Kevin O'Connor goes right before making draft picks in the last first round)
