Last night on twitter while the Utah Jazz game was going on there was a few tweets that may have caught your attention.
Al Jefferson down and looks really hurt. Not good.

Al Jefferson crashes hard to the court with apparent right foot/ankle injury at 5:41 of 3rd qtr. Carried by teammates into locker room.

Luckily, he got checked out and the Charlotte Bobcats released this update on Big Al.
Per Bobcats, Al Jefferson has a sprained right ankle. Will be reevaluated tomorrow.

Looks like Big Al had a bit of luck on his injury. While a sprained ankle is nothing one would wish on another, it is better than re-injuring the same knee on which that he had had surgery. For Charlotte Bobcat fans they can now breath a sigh of relief and know that they still have a chance to fight for that 10th seed in the East.
Get better, Al. We're rooting for you.

Michael Wallace of ESPN.com gives us this update.
Teammates carried Jefferson to the locker room, where a Bobcats official confirmed the sprain after X-rays were negative. A dejected Jefferson had his right foot in a walking boot as he left the Sprint Center on crutches.
"It's sore as [expletive], real sore -- that's all I can tell you," Jefferson told ESPN.com as he left the arena. "It feels like I've got a heartbeat in it. All that matters is that it's negative. It ain't nothing I've never been through before, so I've just got to get treatment and make sure I'm ready for the season."
