ESPN has just reported, via the Associated Press, that Utah Jazz assistant coach Sidney Lowe has "entered [a] plea Wednesday in Wake County District Court," and will:
...[receive] a suspended 45 day jail sentence, was placed on 36 months of unsupervised probation, must complete 100 hours of community service within the year and must pay more than $79,000 in restitution plus a $2,000 fine." (AP, December 11, 2013)
I can only assume that this will continue to be a "personal matter" for the Utah Jazz and they will have no comment other than to continue to laud our coaching staff and how great they are for a young, impressionable team.
God Bless The Jazz.
Our resident attorney Peter adds:
RT @Peter_J_Novak: @slcdunk @espn @utahjazz He won't serve a day in jail provided he complies with the terms of his plea.

But never forget:
RT @Peter_J_Novak: Says he failed to file/pay even after being contacted/reminded by the NC department of Revenue...what a stupid mistake.
