Just got here at Attack Athletics. The staff is setting up all the necessary items for the performance drills. It's actually quite the sight to behold. Amazing equipment to measure the athletic abilities of all participants involved. The performance drills being held today are as follows:
- 3/4 Court Sprint (Timed In Seconds)
- Lane Agility (Which tests your ability to quickly change directions). Participants are required to touch certain sensors in a random order.
- Standing Vertical With No Jump
- One Step Vertical
- Max Vertical
- Maximum Reach (Which combines the physical standing reach with actual vertical jump)
- Bench Press
