It's late, and the game is still over an hour away from starting. I have no clue who is or is not active for this game. I'm not crazy about the Golden State Warriors; they are 14-6 in their last 20 games. They will be without two scrubs and Jermaine O'neal. As for our guys? We could be without Trey Burke, John Lucas III, Richard Jefferson, Marvin Williams, or Derrick Favors. Looking on the depth chart that means we could be starting Diante Garrett, Alec Burks, Gordon Hayward, Jeremy Evans, and Enes Kanter.

That will never happen though.

And I don't expect five guys to wimp out of things like gastric distress on a night where you would hope to put your best foot forward and try to impress longtime NBA tough guy Jerry Sloan. The Utah Jazz will raise up a jersey for him tonight, the #1223 which represents all of the wins he had as a coach of this franchise.

I'm going to wait half an hour longer before posting this with the hope that there's some news. I feel like the stats work I did to get ready for this game is kind of wasted if we can't compare it against that of our players.

...

Okay, no one has any new information. We'll know more later. Like, I'm sure we'll know more by the time the game is over. Anyway . . . here's the GSW player stats:

They are top heavy and their bench is garbage. If both teams were at 100% health this could have been a game. It very well may still be. I hope our boys come out there with some fire. It would be good if Jerry Sloan got a chance to talk to them pre-game; but that would be stepping on Tyrone Corbin 's toes.

GO JERRY GO!

GO JAZZ GO!

Edit: No David Lee, Marvin Williams, or Derrick Favors
