NBA Preseason Game 2:

The Utah Jazz (1-0) go up against the Portland Trail Blazers (0-1) in the second game of a home and home. It's just the preseason but Utah looked surprisingly competent on defense harrying the Blazers to a 34.6 fg% shooting night, and 22 turn overs. Portland has talent, experience, and revenge motivating them. For more info check out the preview here, or, well, whatever. It's a free country.

The game isn't on TV, only on the radio tonight (for the Utah peeps). I can only imagine it will take 6 seconds before a stream is available from the Portland peeps.

Major Rotation:

Utah Jazz Portland Trail Blazers
1 Trey Burke PG Damian Lillard
2 Alec Burks SG Wesley Matthews
3 Gordon Hayward SF Nicolas Batum
4 Enes Kanter PF LaMarcus Aldridge
5 Derrick Favors C Robin Lopez
6 Dante Exum PG Steve Blake
7 Toure' Murry SG C.J. McCollum
8 Dahntay Jones SF Will Barton
9 Trevor Booker PF Joel Freeland
10 Rudy Gobert C Chris Kaman
x Carrick Felix

I will argue that our bench is a little more talented, but they have a ton of three point shooters and an excellent and balanced starting lineup. That said, it was our starters who beat their starters in game 1; and not the other way around.

Random Shots:

I'm still not ready for the regular season. Or the preseason. Here, enjoy this video.

I don't know much about Oregon.

Who is going to look the best for the Jazz tonight?
