For the third time this season the Utah Jazz will tangle with the Los Angeles Clippers. By now you know the deal -- they are good, in a big market, have marketable players, and have been really good at home. And they will get all the love from the refs. All things considered equal, they have a more talented roster -- but I think our guys (at full strength) can hang with them. After all, this season we've beaten a number of good teams, like both teams who went to the NBA Finals six months ago. And for some strange reason this year we aren't horrible on the road. Anything can happen.
Probability dictates it.
The NBA refs probably won't, though.
- Point Guard: Trey Burke vs. Chris Paul
- Shooting Guard: Rodney Hood vs. J.J. Redick

- Center: Derrick Favors vs. DeAndre Jordan
- Dante Exum vs. Jordan Farmar
- Joe Ingles vs. Jamal Crawford
- Trevor Booker vs. Glen Davis
- Rudy Gobert vs. Spencer Hawes
- Alec Burks (UTA) -- Out
- Spencer Hawes (LAC) -- Probable
Just a reminder to everyone -- this is supposed to be a Safe for Work / Safe for Kids site. We have noticed more swearing and the people who produce the content here for you have decided that we do not like it. Once again, I will direct you to the community guidelines here, and re-emphasize that we do not want there to be swearing (or other objectionable material) on the site. It's bad enough we have to talk about Blake Griffin tonight, we don't need to pollute the game thread even more with off-color words. Moderation is going to happen, and bans will follow. You don't yell 'fire' in a movie theater, you don't watch porn on public transportation (like an airplane), and please don't swear at SLC Dunk.
Have fun. And be mindful of our request. Thank you.
And GO JAZZ GO!
