Really? Another post on this game? It's almost like one of the most popular Utah Jazz players ever is returning for his first game against the team that drafted him or something? Well, it's true. The Atlanta Hawks may currently play him (and pay him) but in our minds (and hearts) Paul Millsap is still a Jazz player. Some of us would wish the same for two of Sap's current teammates in Kyle Korver and DeMarre Carroll too. They'll all be facing off against the fans that cheered for them tonight (save for Kover who did previously play against the Jazz in Utah as a member of the Chicago Bulls).

I don't have much else to say.

The Hawks are injured, tired, and playing very poorly. The Jazz are no injured, slightly less tired, and have been playing slightly less poorly of late. We did still lose to the Milwaukee Bucks, and almost lose to the Philadelphia 76ers on the same road trip though. So it's not like we have much to crow about.

Theorized Starters:

  • Point Guard: Jeff Teague vs. Trey Burke
  • Shooting Guard: Kyle Korver vs. Gordon Hayward
  • Small Forward: DeMarre Carroll vs. Richard Jefferson
  • Power Forward: Paul Millsap vs. Marvin Williams
  • Center: Pero Antic vs Derrick Favors
