I'm not a Jax fan at all, but sad when someone loses their job. But it seems like the coaches who aren't coming back either a) under perform, or b) have philosophical differences with the front office. The flip side is that there are coaching vacancies for new coaches. It would be funny if we just see re-treads hired for some of these roles.
It's also interesting to note that ALL of these guys were former players.
