Jazz announce signing of Elijah Millsap

The Jazz have announced the signing of Elijah Millsap from the NBA DLeague's Bakersfield Jam to a ten-day deal.

Today is the first day that NBA team's can sign players to a ten-day contract.  Millsap will wear number 13 (RIP Memo) and I would assume would be available for tonight's game against the Pacers.

Injuries to wings Alec Burks and Rodney Hood necessitated a move.  To make room for Millsap, the Jazz had to release Toure' Murry earlier.

This will be Millsap's first official action with an NBA club as he's been cut prior to making it out of training camp in three previous stints.

Of course, Elijah is the younger brother of former Jazz man Paul Millsap.  So if you're heading to the game tonight, your Millsap jerseys will be semi-relevant.
