NBA Standings and Draft Lottery review for the Utah Jazz: March 3rd, 2015

Catching up with the standings for both the West Playoffs and the NBA Lotto

Anthony Gruppuso-USA TODAY Sports

Once again I wake up to the dread of having to chart both how we are in the West, and how we're not going to get a lot of ping pong balls. The good news in Utah Jazz land is that a) this is a good thing, b) this is what we want, and c) this is by the design of the front office. The team already has enough youth (average age 23), right now playing the game well enough to win means more.

Or at least that's what I think....

What happened last night?

  • Philadelphia 76ers lost, big surprise
  • Minny lost (as we mentioned above)

What's going on tonight?

  • LAL @ CHA -- Lakers could lose, but you never know with Charlotte
  • BOS @ CLE -- LeBron James show should continue
  • SAC @ NYK -- this is a hilarious game to watch, I am sorry for those bloggers for those teams
  • HOU @ ATL -- only important for the playoffs
  • WAS @ CHI -- I don't see Was falling out of the east playoffs
  • UTA @ MEM -- this is the game we will be covering tonight
  • MIL @ DEN -- two teams that are on hard times right now, Bucks having a bad road trip, Nuggets on some strange, over the counter trip instead.

What outcomes are you hoping for tonight?
