Utah Jazz point guard Dante Exum suffered an injury to his left knee while playing with the Australian national team in Slovenia on Tuesday. The extent of the injury isn't known so far, but it appeared to be without contact. Tweets from folks watching indicated he was in some pain, though:
Dante Exum just got injured. His knee gave in without contact and he screamed out. I hope it's not ACL :(

The only footage of the injury so far seems to be this Vine, courtesy of Damir Radenovic (@MrDee25) on Twitter:
@AndrewDBailey This is how Dante Exum went down. https://t.co/pzOlqruxeb

The Vine doesn't appear to show any contact, but his left knee appeared to buckle as he completed a jump-stop and went up for a shot.
I'm no doctor, and our chief of medicine Amar is unavailable at the moment, so I won't speculate on anything until we know more. Following @MrDee25 on Twitter seems to be the best course of action for Jazz fans right now, as he's an NBA writer and color commentator in Slovenia and may get more info. We'll try to keep an eye on the situation as well.
Dante Exum started 41 games in his rookie season for the Jazz, supplanting incumbent Trey Burke. If this injury is serious and lasts into the regular season, Burke would be the obvious on-roster starter for the Jazz, with Raul Neto and Bryce Cotton behind him. However, the Jazz do have plenty of cash on hand and could bring in veteran point-guard help if it becomes necessary. Any analysis beyond that is probably premature.
UPDATE (2:01pm MT):
@AndrewDBailey @tribjazz Exum back on bench in street clothes. Has a chair in front of him to keep the leg straight. No word on diagnosis.

UPDATE (2:22pm):
@UtahJazzPR has confirmed the injury, though not the severity:
The following is a medical update on @utahjazz guard Danté Exum: pic.twitter.com/5rFMPx4dJU

In case you can't read the text in the pic:
Exum suffered a left knee injury today while competing for the Australian National Team in a game against the Slovenian National Team in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Exum was initially treated on site and will now return to Salt Lake City for further medical evaluation by the Utah Jazz medical staff and official healthcare partner University of Utah Health Care.
Further updates will be provided when appropriate.
UPDATE (4:40pm):
I don't wish to alarm anyone, but...
Initial concern is that Dante Exum might have suffered a torn ACL in his left knee, per a source. Jazz will know more when he's evaluated.
— Jody Genessy (@DJJazzyJody) August 4, 2015
Jody's report apparently means the Jazz have NOT evaluated Dante yet. So their "initial concern" is probably just the same as ours: the injury looked bad, it appeared to be non-contact, it had certain similarities to ACL tears we've all seen before. So let's not start booking timeshares in the Pit of Despair just yet.
(You can blame me for keeping your hopes up.)
