The season is here! Finally! The Utah Jazz (0-0) will be tipping off against the Portland Trail Blazers (0-0). This will be the third time this October where the two teams will see each other. Each time Utah has fallen. Will they break the trend tonight? Maybe. Portland has dominated their home openers of late.

But for reals. Anything can happen. Something's gonna have to happen for Utah. They will be without Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors, and Alec Burks. (Aka, three of the four from a former core.) That puts Utah at a talent disadvantage, but you still have to play the game.

Portland has star power at guard, and Utah does not. On the flip-side, Utah is big inside, and Portland isn't going to shy away. It's going to be a pretty crazy night.
Potential Starters:
PG: George Hill vs. Damian Lillard
SG: Rodney Hood vs. C.J. McCollum
SF: Joe Johnson vs. Maurice Harkless
PF: Boris Diaw vs. Al-Farouq Aminu
C: Rudy Gobert vs. Mason Plumlee
Key Bench:
Shelvin Mack vs. Shabazz Napier
Dante Exum vs. Allen Crabbe
Joe Ingles vs. Evan Turner
Boris Diaw vs. Ed Davis
Trey Lyles vs. Meyers Leonard
Injuries / Absences:
Festus Ezeli (POR C) is out. But he wasn't really that much of an impact player for the Golden State Warriors. It's nothing like the talent missing for Utah. Gordon Hayward (UTA SG/SF) is out with his fractured finger. Derrick Favors (UTA PF/C) is out is ongoing IT band issues and a knee bone bruise. And Alec Burks (SG/PG) is out, still doing rehabilitation.
I don't have much else to say. I just want the game to start. Oh, and I want League Pass to work.
GO JAZZ GO!
