In what has become true Utah Jazz fashion this season, George Hill has been announced as OUT for Game 2 in Oakland tonight. The big toe has been more like and Achilles heel for George, but he has played through it for most of the season. Unfortunately it just won’t let him go tonight.

This is a huge blow for the Jazz, as the point guard has been a vital member for the team, averaging 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3.5 assists. It might be on the defensive end where Hill’s presence will be missed the most, where the Warriors have Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson as their starting guards

Either way the game will tipoff about 8:30 (MST) tonight, so who will step up and provide a much needed boost for the Jazz? Some of the likely candidates are Shelvin Mack, Raul Neto, and Dante Exum. However, this may be an oppurtunity for head coach Quin Snyder to bust out a ‘triple wing’ line-up. It may be inevitable as Joe Ingles has been guarding point guards all first round, and will be asked to do the same in this one.
