The Utah Jazz’s General Manager Dennis Lindsey has been a busy man this morning. Within minutes of the Royce O’Neale reported signing, Eric Griffin has agreed to terms of a two-way contract with the Utah Jazz. Griffin will be the Utah Jazz’s first two way contract in their franchise’s history.

Griffin had a great summer league, and was drawing interest from several NBA teams. Lindsey worked his magic and was able to keep him in Utah via the new two-way contract. For those unsure of what a two-way contract is, Reichert wrote up a good description here.
A certain Donovan Mitchell seems pretty excited about this as well.

With Dennis Lindsey staying so active, you can’t help but wonder what else could be on the horizon for this Jazz team.
