Instagram filters aside, Gordon Hayward is on his way home. Now the Utah Jazz have the final chance to court Gordon Hayward. With the addition of Ricky Rubio and Joe Ingles back in the fold, it seems like things are lining up perfectly for the Utah Jazz to re-sign their superstar.
