[UPDATE 10:14 MST 7/5/17]
Gordon Hayward’s camp is open to a sign and trade. No movement yet as to whether he’s demanding it or not. Boston does not have to maneuver a sign and trade with Utah unless they feel that they would lose out on the All-Star small forward.

Jody Genessy of the Deseret News puts it this way:
I'm told Hayward's camp is amenable to facilitating a sign-and-trade, but the Jazz need the franchise player to demand that it happen.

Unfortuantely, there does not appear to be enough smoke for there to be fire.

And you thought the Gordon Hayward stuff was over. Well, apparently it’s not quite over, according to Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune:
Source tells @tribjazz a Jazz/Celtics sign-and-trade is possible, but Gordon Hayward must push for it to happen: https://t.co/pFAAa2sevM pic.twitter.com/KiJz0Bpqxl

A S&T would be ideal for the Jazz, since the Celtics are trying to clear cap space. They’re shopping some pretty good players, too:

I suppose we can dream, but call me cynical if I don’t think Gordon is particularly interested in helping the Jazz. I suppose it’s not impossible, though, and perhaps Danny Ainge will throw us a bone in an effort to keep his son’s doomed political campaign afloat. We’ll keep you updated as the story unfolds.
