With two wins in a row, it looks like the Utah Jazz may have found a groove. The ball moved well, the threes were falling and the defense looked dominant again. On the back end of a back-to-back that’s impressive, even if it was against a young Sacramento Kings squad.
Donovan Mitchell scored 27 points with 5 rebounds and 5 assists and continues to put up a sparkling campaign for rookie of the year.
The Kings had no answers for Rudy Gobert who continued his dominance in the paint with 16 points, 12 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 blocks. Rudy may start getting mentions for defensive player of the year, but he may have missed too many games up to this point. But if the league were judging from his last 15 games, it would be no contest.
