After rumors and then news of a purple throwback coming to Utah for the 2018-2019 season, Jazz fans have been actively waiting to get a first look. Ricky Rubio gave us all a hint earlier today with the following photo on Instagram:

Rubio was then given the privilege of revealing the uniforms on Twitter, and the results are as expected. Straight fire!!!

I hope the Team Store has a bigger stock than they did the Statement Jersey, because these will be flying off the shelves. I mean look at Rubio’s pure joy in that picture and tell me you’ll be able to resist buying one the second they become available.
The only downside of this news is that there’s absolutely no way I can make that jersey look as good as Rubio does. Either way I love having this look back and can’t to see these live in action later this year!
