Houdini has made another escape. This time Alec Burks has escaped lottery hell in Cleveland and found an above .500 home in Sacramento. The Kings traded for Alec Burks as part of a three-team trade that also sent a 2nd round pick to the Kings, Iman Shumpert, Nik Stauskas, and Wade Baldwin to the Houston Rockets, and Brandon Knight and a 1st round pick to Cleveland. Cleveland is doing pretty good from that trades that netted the Alec Burks and Rodney Hood.
Sources: In Sacramento/Cleveland/Houston three-way deal, Sacramento is trading Iman Shumpert to Houston, Cavs sending Alec Burks and second round pick to Kings, and Brandon Knight and a pick to Cleveland.

Cleveland will send Nik Stauskas and Wade Baldwin to the Rockets in the three-way deal, league source tells ESPN. Cavaliers acquired those two guards in Sunday's trade with Portland that sent Rodney Hood to the Blazers.

It’s good to see both former Jazz guards Alec Burks and Rodney Hood find good landing spots on contending teams in Sacramento and Portland respectively. Treat Houdini well, Sacramento. He’s a good one.
