How Will Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell's Relationship Impact the Utah Jazz?

The Utah Jazz entered the NBA's playoff bubble with many questions surrounding their two stars Donovan Mitchell, and Rudy Gobert. Rudy Gobert was the first NBA player to catch the corona virus which happened in early March. Later, Donovan Mitchell tested positive for the corona virus and everyone expected that Gobert passed on the virus to Mitchell. None of the other Utah Jazz players were tested positive, but initially the situation started the feud between Mitchell, and Gobert. Jazz players described Gobert as "careless" and not "serious" in the locker room when the corona virus became known. In the media, Rudy Gobert was "jokingly" touching all the microphones in a press conference meeting when he was making fun of the corona virus.

Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert have said in reports that they will put what happened aside and they will both focus on basketball but will their relationship remain toxic when they head to Orlando for the NBA restart?

Yes

Most NBA players have before lied in their career about whether they don't want to admit if somethings going wrong with their teammates. Looking at something that was similar Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell's situation was like the the early 2010s Boston Celtics team. The Boston Celtics had two players who started the drama with their team and those players were Ray Allen, and Rajon Rondo. Allen and Rondo had a toxic relationship which all started with Ray Allen's free agency decision. According to Ray Allen, Rondo believed he led the Boston Celtics to the NBA Finals and he insisted the Celtics didn't need him. Ray Allen was frustrated with Rondo's comments he said about him and he decide to leave the Celtics and Join the Miami Heat. The whole Celtics team was later on traded or cut after Ray Allen and, Rajon Rondo's actions.

The Utah Jazz could in a few seasons trade away their star players if Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell do not get along.
